Alvernon Optical - Campbell

Only two things matter in business: 1) Winning a new customer and 2) Delighting an existing customer. From my experience, Alvernon Optical excels at both! My most recent "surprise and delight" moment was when I dropped in to purchase a new bottle of lens cleaner. Instead, the kind folks at Alvernon Optical refilled my bottle - at no charge. Count me as a RAVING fan!

Everyone I interacted with was so kind and so efficient; I was in and out in like half an hour. This has been my experience both times I have gone :)

Everyone here is really nice! I decided to try them since I frequent this plaza and my insurance no longer covered my previous eye care provider. I received great service from the staff and optometrist. My glasses and contacts are great. Highly recommend. Will return!

Always a pleasure dealing with Alvernon Optical & always with Diana. They do a series of eye tests to be sure you are up to date with any problems & take most insurances.
